What you will do
- Oversee the development of client proposals, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes using SAS, Python, and VBA.
- Grow and manage external client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams, contributing to their professional development.
- Manage project financial aspects, including drafting SOWs and managing invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with 6+ years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and Commercial Analytics.
- Proficiency in SAS, Python, VBA, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven project and people management skills with experience as a team leader.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
