What you will do

• Partner with leadership to support annual and quarterly planning cycles using deep analytical insights.
• Develop financial models, forecasting frameworks, and scenario analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Own end-to-end performance analytics, including sales pipeline health and revenue forecasting.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure data integrity across GTM teams.
• Provide quantitative support for cross-functional initiatives, launches, and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align on metrics and data-backed narratives.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategic planning, payments, or consulting.
• Strong background in the payments industry and familiarity with transaction data and revenue drivers.
• Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Proven expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
