Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Lehi, Utah, and work in-office 3 days a week)

What you will do
- Generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
- Manage a book of accounts and set the strategy for effective management.
- Utilize tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve SDR effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR.
- Experience working with Enterprise accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of resilience and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to complete a minimum 8-hour in-office workday.
- Must maintain a schedule aligned with the business hours of the assigned region.
