TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating leads and identifying potential clients through outbound outreach with an accent on cold calling, email, and social prospecting. Focus on scheduling qualified appointments for Account Executives and managing a book of enterprise accounts.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Lehi, Utah, and work in-office 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities.
  • Manage a book of accounts and set the strategy for effective management.
  • Utilize tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to improve SDR effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, ideally as an SDR.
  • Experience working with Enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of resilience and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to complete a minimum 8-hour in-office workday.
  • Must maintain a schedule aligned with the business hours of the assigned region.
