TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (SLED): Managing complex State, Local, and Education accounts to maximize platform value and drive executive alignment with an accent on identity and access management (IAM) and cloud architecture. Focus on designing proactive success plans, managing critical issues, and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Location: Must be a US Citizen. Ideal locations: New York City or Sacramento, California

Salary: $182,000 — $306,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with complex SLED accounts to define business outcomes and maximize value realization across the hirify.global platform.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
  • Create and implement proactive customer success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with defined KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Management to drive customer success.
  • Assume overall responsibility for customer adoption post-implementation and manage critical issues.
  • Identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities while acting as the voice of the customer for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible to clear specific state, local, or educational background checks.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or account management within enterprise SaaS, specifically managing large SLED accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), security, and cloud architecture.
  • Proven experience consulting and implementing IT systems and enterprise web technologies.
  • Elite level of relationship management and experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; ability to travel up to 35%.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of application programming and system support experience.
  • Familiarity with state and local compliance standards.
  • Experience with SaaS vendors such as Box, Google Apps, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
