TL;DR
Client Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing client relationships for the platform with an accent on adoption, retention, and client health. Focus on conducting QBRs, driving product functionality utilization, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve client value.
Location: Hybrid (Newcastle or Sydney, Australia). Must reside within commutable distance and have full working rights in Australia without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Nurture and grow stakeholder relationships to increase platform adoption and client health.
- Act as a trusted advisor on product functionality and use-case recommendations.
- Lead regular review-and-planning sessions and QBRs to demonstrate value and define next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to solve client problems and drive product improvements.
- Document all client interactions using SFDC and Wrike.
- Partner with Implementation and Professional Services to support best practice deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in a customer-facing role at an Enterprise SaaS company or supplier management in a large organization.
- Full working rights in Australia without current or future sponsorship.
- Residence within commutable distance to Newcastle or Sydney.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SFDC, CRM tools, and JIRA.
- PMP certification.
