What you will do

• Own the master program plan across all DMV workstreams, maintaining a single source of truth for scope, schedule, health, and progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Implementation, Integration, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for DMV client stakeholders, leading steering committees and executive reviews.
• Drive program governance, owning RAID logs, decision logs, milestone tracking, and change control processes.
• Translate complex client-side policy changes and agency constraints into clear direction for internal delivery teams.
• Coordinate go-live planning and identify readiness gaps in partnership with technical managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or GovTech environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple delivery functions in a matrixed environment without direct line authority.
• Strong command of program governance frameworks, including RAID logs and dependency mapping.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with government or regulated industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or authorized to work in these countries without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with state government agencies, specifically in DMV, transportation, or licensing domains.
• PMP certification or extensive experience with Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation lifecycles, including UAT and hypercare phases.
• Experience managing programs tied to public sector procurement and SLA management.
