What you will do

• Process daily incoming and outgoing ACATS, validating client data and asset eligibility.
• Handle DTC/FOP transfers, fail reversals, and various nonstandard transfer types.
• Coordinate with contra firms, transfer agents, and partner brokers to resolve rejections and documentation issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate self-clearing workflows.
• Perform root cause and trend analysis to improve the operational control framework.
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for transfer policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of ACATS experience with industry portal usage.
• Strong knowledge of NSCC/DTCC rules and FINRA Rule 11870.
• Understanding of U.S. broker-dealer back-office operations and DTC settlements.
• Possess SIE and Series 99 licenses (or obtain Series 99 within 180 days).
• Basic proficiency in SQL, Metabase, or similar query tools.
• Must be based in the Americas region.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in ACATS, treasury, or financial services.
• Series 7 license.
• Experience supporting a firm's transition to self-clearing.
