What you will do

• Oversee financial reporting, liquidity management, capital planning, and asset-liability management (ALM).
• Develop and maintain internal control environments that meet rigorous audit standards.
• Communicate with regulators and manage regulatory inquiries and examination activities.
• Prepare and review all regulatory financial reports, including quarterly FDIC Call Reports.
• Serve as the Bank's Investment Officer, overseeing investment policies for excess deposits and capital.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and analysis to the Board and management committees.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in banking or financial services.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Controller, Treasury) at a regulated financial institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in GAAP financial reporting, Call Report preparation, ALM, and capital planning.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with CECL implementation and FHLB relationships.
• Familiarity with fintech-affiliated banking models.
