Head Of Sales (Retail Media): Leading the expansion of retail media activities in the AMER region by managing a high-performing sales team to drive adoption of the hirify.global Ads platform with an accent on strategic growth and C-suite engagement. Focus on defining global go-to-market strategies, scaling regional revenue through client acquisition, and providing executive sponsorship for key accounts.

Location: Must be based in Boston or New York

Salary: $375,000 - $475,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build and motivate a sales team comprising Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers.
  • Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives (VP, EVP, etc.).
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and continuous mentoring of the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partners to build accurate pipelines and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide executive sponsorship for clients and handle initial high-level escalations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in software sales with specific expertise in the retail media industry.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams with a minimum size of 10 people.
  • Proven track record of driving SaaS regional growth via new client acquisition and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Strong business drive and ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Boston or New York offices.
