Head Of Sales (Retail Media): Leading the expansion of retail media activities in the AMER region by managing a high-performing sales team to drive adoption of the Ads platform with an accent on strategic growth and C-suite engagement. Location: Must be based in Boston or New York
Salary: $375,000 - $475,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Build and motivate a sales team comprising Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers.
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives (VP, EVP, etc.).
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and continuous mentoring of the sales organization.
- Collaborate with marketing and partners to build accurate pipelines and revenue forecasts.
- Provide executive sponsorship for clients and handle initial high-level escalations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of success in software sales with specific expertise in the retail media industry.
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams with a minimum size of 10 people.
- Proven track record of driving SaaS regional growth via new client acquisition and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Strong business drive and ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Boston or New York offices.
