What you will do

• Manage and refine the product backlog based on ROI, customer impact, and technical sustainability.
• Act as the central product liaison between engineering, support, and sales teams.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery execution through participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics to guide continuous improvement.
• Develop roadmap plans balancing maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with mature or legacy platforms.
• Strong ability to prioritize backlogs and make tradeoffs in constrained environments.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States
