What you will do

• Define and execute a cohesive platform product strategy aligned with business priorities and engineering constraints.
• Oversee AI platform development, including agentic workflows, model integration patterns, and developer tooling.
• Translate leadership vision into actionable roadmaps with clear prioritization and success criteria.
• Identify cross-product leverage opportunities to maximize platform reuse across multiple product lines.
• Manage backlog prioritization and lead coordination across engineering teams to resolve dependencies.
• Communicate complex technical and strategic trade-offs to executive and technical audiences.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience with a focus on platforms, infrastructure, or developer productivity.
• Proven track record of shipping platform capabilities adopted across multiple internal teams.
• Strong technical fluency in system design and architectural trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML products such as LLMs, RAG systems, and automation platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with full delivery accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, payer systems, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AWS and SaaS platform architecture.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
