What you will do

• Define and evolve the Salesforce product strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and shape the ecosystem strategy.

• Design and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions to improve workflows and user experience.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality delivery of scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, technology, or tech-enabled services.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations teams with CRM solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and Tableau.
• Must be located in the United States.
