What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end RCM platform roadmap, covering claims, eligibility, denials, and payment workflows.
• Design and optimize revenue cycle workflows to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate complex billing needs into actionable system configurations and requirements.
• Collaborate with BI and data teams to define RCM KPIs and reporting dashboards.
• Integrate new vendor features and leverage AI opportunities for automation in coding and denial prediction.
• Develop and maintain SOPs ensuring compliance with payer rules and healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, medical billing, or RCM operations.
• Strong understanding of the full claims lifecycle, including ICD-10/CPT coding and ANSI X12/EDI standards.
• Experience owning or working with EHR/Practice Management products.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
• Proven ability to collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
