What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enabling platform initiatives to unify interaction data for personalized engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across marketing, data, technology, and channel teams to ensure alignment.
• Own the full lifecycle of interaction data platforms, including planning, execution, monitoring, and adoption.
• Define workflows for capturing and leveraging both structured and unstructured engagement data.
• Manage delivery plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and dependencies while resolving blockers proactively.
• Develop frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on platform products or data ecosystems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience working with customer or patient interaction data across multiple channels.
• Background in healthcare, health tech, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with go-to-market coordination.
• Knowledge of healthcare product ecosystems.
