TL;DR
Senior Analyst - Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Own and drive corporate forecasting and budgeting cycles, maintain the FP&A calendar, and deliver CFO-level monthly MEC decks and strategic reporting with an accent on P&L data quality, forecasting accuracy, and process improvement across intercompany and planning tooling. Focus on identifying financial risks and upsides, consolidating offline forecasts, and improving budgeting/forecasting reporting and tooling.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end forecast/budget cycle, including timelines and month-end close (MEC) processes.
- Maintain a coherent corporate FP&A calendar and coordinate delivery of monthly MEC CFO decks.
- Produce and present key monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for strategic business reviews, audits, and QBRs.
- Improve corporate FP&A processes, focusing on intercompany processes (ICO), financial loads, and budgeting/planning/forecasting reporting and tooling.
- Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure P&L data quality through checks and balances, including production and consolidation of offline forecasts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles (preferably in a publicly traded company or large complex organization).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and financial planning software; ERP experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance in financial reporting.
- Ability to work with and influence senior business partners and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
