What you will do

• Translate enterprise strategic and operational objectives into coordinated, executable initiatives.
• Identify interdependencies, sequencing, and alignment gaps across teams and platforms.
• Plan and direct digital deployment activities, including cutover planning and stabilization.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and alignment forums between business and technical teams.
• Monitor adoption and operational impact to inform continuous improvement.
• Provide visibility into execution status and value delivery through governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise coordination, program management, or digital deployment.
• ITIL v4 certification and practical experience applying ITSM principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration/workflow tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma).
