What you will do

• Support the Program Manager in leading a multi-disciplinary IT service delivery team.
• Oversee contract performance, resource allocation, and adherence to SLAs.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Prime Contractor and government stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans for program goals and regional growth initiatives.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor technical and project staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification required.
• Secret Security Clearance (Must have to start).
• 3+ years of program leadership experience.
• Proven experience in federal, defense, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and service management frameworks.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting Department of the Army IT programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise service management tools and performance dashboards.
• Experience with federal contracting, FAR, and SBA related processes.
