What you will do

• Provide full-range fund accounting and administration services, including NAV preparation, review, and investor record-keeping.
• Manage and train a team of Fund Accountants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to finalize NAV cycles.
• Review and approve fee schedules, including management and carried interest calculations.
• Oversee investor allocations, waterfall calculations, capital calls, and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with AML requirements and regulatory reporting standards.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund administration within Private Equity.
• Proven experience managing staff.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tampa, FL, following the remote start period.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg.
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA or equivalent).
