What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Document accounting memos for complex transactions including revenue and expense recognition.
• Assist with internal control implementation and ongoing compliance audits.
• Identify and execute process improvements for accounting efficiency.
• Train and motivate the accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
