What you will do

• Provide day-to-day People administration, including maintaining employee records and preparing documentation.
• Support recruitment processes by posting adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and induction activities for new starters.
• Manage People systems and HR platforms to ensure data accuracy and run basic reports.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining right-to-work checks and policy documents.

Requirements

• 5 GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in HR and a desire to grow within the field of People & Culture.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive details.
• Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting colleagues.
• Must be able to meet BPSS level pre-employment screening criteria.
