What you will do

• Manage FMA project budgets, schedules, estimates to complete, and work progress.
• Lead integrated project teams to ensure technical and business objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with Sales, Bids & Proposal, and Service Operations to implement contract budgets and schedules.
• Proactively monitor risks and opportunities to develop recovery plans for deficient performance.
• Act as the primary customer advocate and point of contact from pre-solicitation through project completion.
• Analyze financial data and trends to verify budget accuracy and provide direction on project costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful project execution experience in a technical field.
• Experience leading indirect teams of 5-10 individuals.
• Proof of US Citizenship is mandatory (US Passport, Birth Certificate, or Naturalization Certificate).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 20%.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Project.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience in marine or digital product development.
