Sr. Program Manager (GovTech)

What you will do

• Hold overall accountability for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams.
• Own the program's P&L, staffing, and Statement of Work (SOW) execution.
• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for federal programs.
• Coordinate across UX, research, engineering, and security teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
• Mentor team members and model the technical program manager role for others.
• Translate client pain points and user research into opportunities for team growth and impact.

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant program management experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery in a public sector or commercial contracting environment.
• Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation.
• Proven experience leading delivery across product, design, and technical domains.
• Ability to manage technical, contractual, and financial responsibilities across concurrent workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing federal digital services programs or government IT modernization contracts.
• Experience owning and managing P&L.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships within a prime/sub teaming structure.
• Ability to understand and critique UX, architecture, and implementation trade-offs.
