What you will do
- Hold overall accountability for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams.
- Own the program's P&L, staffing, and Statement of Work (SOW) execution.
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for federal programs.
- Coordinate across UX, research, engineering, and security teams to ensure integrated outcomes.
- Mentor team members and model the technical program manager role for others.
- Translate client pain points and user research into opportunities for team growth and impact.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant program management experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery in a public sector or commercial contracting environment.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation.
- Proven experience leading delivery across product, design, and technical domains.
- Ability to manage technical, contractual, and financial responsibilities across concurrent workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing federal digital services programs or government IT modernization contracts.
- Experience owning and managing P&L.
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships within a prime/sub teaming structure.
- Ability to understand and critique UX, architecture, and implementation trade-offs.
