What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority and SME for assigned product lines during sales calls to validate feasibility and remove blockers.
• Architect "Last Mile" solutions by mapping client data fields and business logic to the hirify.global platform.
• Own the end-to-end technical trial process, ensuring a stable deployment and proving value before contract signing.
• Author detailed Use Case Documents to define the official "Definition of Done" for each client engagement.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering as a feedback loop between the market and product development.
• Mitigate churn by manually verifying that data flowing into dashboards matches promised business use cases.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-stakes client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Willingness to accommodate early morning or late evening calls to align with global teams across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital fraud detection.
• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
• Familiarity with CTV, mobile app analytics, or IVT (Invalid Traffic) concepts.
