What you will do

• Solve technical onboarding and integration challenges for education customers globally, specifically regarding SSO, rostering, and LMS connectivity.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions for improved customer adoption.
• Serve as the technical lead for strategic school districts, ministries of education, and universities with complex requirements.
• Manage technical relationships with EdTech partners, including authentication and rostering providers.
• Develop technical documentation and training to empower Support and Success teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable feedback to influence the education integration roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep experience with authentication, identity management, rostering, and LMS platforms.
• Technical proficiency with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LTI, OneRoster, and APIs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong systems thinking to identify scalable solutions to operational and technical challenges.
• Must be based in the US to support US operations from the Austin campus.
• Willingness to work flexibly across time zones to support global stakeholders.
