Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, including physicians and genetic counselors.
- Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic solutions.
- Execute in-person and virtual client meetings, regional conferences, and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain high field presence (4.5 days per week) and document all interactions in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician sales/services environment preferred) or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (including weekends/overnights) within the Mountain West territory.
- Technical aptitude to promote multiple genomic service offerings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
