Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Call on hospitals within the assigned territory to prospect and acquire new customers.
• Analyze customer needs and present differentiated clinical, operational, and financial solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing hospital clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Expand the hirify.global test menu on installed instruments within the territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM data including opportunities, visit reports, and competitive volumes.
• Collaborate with Applications and Service teams to facilitate efficient instrument implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) market preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
