Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Coach and develop Regional Sales Managers to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and account management capabilities.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and assist in negotiation and closing of moderately complex deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support to align sales efforts and product launches.
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and prepare operational reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in technical fields like medical devices.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mentoring, training, or project management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in the United States.
