Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Own the retention and upsell process for mid-market employer clients (250-1,000 lives).
- Act as a strategic partner to clients regarding plan design, cost trends, and performance.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a high-quality client experience and achievement of results.
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with brokers and key client stakeholders.
- Monitor client health and execute proactive plans to mitigate account risks.
- Partner with internal finance, product, and data teams to demonstrate ROI and value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, account management, or commercial consulting.
- Deep knowledge of health plan design and benefits strategy.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and upsell targets year over year.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
- Work authorization for the US (implied by US-specific benefits)
