What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales strategies focused on high-potential industries and strategic accounts.
- Acquire new customers and expand penetration within targeted accounts through direct engagement and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in test & measurement sales with a proven track record of business growth.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
- Strong ability to translate technical information into compelling customer value propositions.
