Salary: $132,000 - $175,000

What you will do
- Manage the integrated view of HR priorities, sequencing initiatives to ensure focus, balance, and follow-through.
- Partner with HR leadership to redesign workflows, reduce duplication, and simplify service delivery models.
- Embed a product mindset and AI-readiness into HR practices, tools, and capability development.
- Facilitate tradeoff discussions and remove barriers to keep transformation work moving across COEs and HRBPs.
- Use HR data to inform workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, transformation, or organization effectiveness.
- Proven ability to drive complex work from strategy to execution in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect HR metrics to business value.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, HR technology, and employee experience platforms.
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills to simplify complex organizational topics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
