Salary: $132,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Manage the integrated view of HR priorities, sequencing initiatives to ensure focus, balance, and follow-through.
• Partner with HR leadership to redesign workflows, reduce duplication, and simplify service delivery models.
• Embed a product mindset and AI-readiness into HR practices, tools, and capability development.
• Facilitate tradeoff discussions and remove barriers to keep transformation work moving across COEs and HRBPs.
• Use HR data to inform workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, transformation, or organization effectiveness.
• Proven ability to drive complex work from strategy to execution in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect HR metrics to business value.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, HR technology, and employee experience platforms.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills to simplify complex organizational topics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
