What you will do

• Identify decision-makers in potential client organizations and generate new business leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and sales completion.
• Conduct live product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
• Draft relevant proposals and provide comprehensive reports on performance and lost opportunities.
• Collaborate with NPD, technical, and operational teams for product launches and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities to maximize revenue and margins.

Requirements

• Extensive Business Development experience in a comparable tele BD role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and core KPIs.
• Strong presentation, selling, negotiating, and influential skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
