Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

  • Prospect and pursue new business opportunities within assigned segments and markets in Caribbean and Central America.
  • Evaluate and implement strategic business plans, including the preparation of sales targets and budgets.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of building and establishing cooperative contracts for sales channels.
  • Collaborate with Business Segment teams and Partner Account Managers to ensure closure of top client pursuits.
  • Conduct outbound market research and analysis to identify new partners aligned with the company's vision.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to build brand presence and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record.
  • Experience in the telematics industry or a strong aptitude for technical products.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical proficiency with Google Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and training.
