What you will do
- Prospect, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive sustainable financial growth.
- Evaluate and implement strategic business plans, including the preparation of sales targets and budgets.
- Manage the end-to-end process of qualifying and establishing cooperative contracts for sales channels.
- Collaborate with Business Segment teams and Partner Account Managers to ensure the closure of top client pursuits.
- Conduct outbound market research to identify new Partners aligned with company vision and mission.
- Attend trade shows and speak at conferences to build brand presence and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record.
- Experience in the telematics industry or a strong aptitude for technical products and business requirements.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations.
- Technical proficiency with Google Suite and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to work from Mexico City or Guadalajara, Mexico.
