Salary: £26,000 starting (OTE £48,000)

What you will do

• Manage and support a portfolio of 40 dealerships with varying levels of engagement.
• Conduct high-level phone and video calls to drive adoption of hirify.global products.
• Sell the product stack and identify upsell opportunities to partners.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of dealers to engage.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt dealings with buyers and sellers.
• Take ownership of projects within a new team and build relationships at all business levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales roles.
• Track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Brighton office.
