Business Development Manager (Automotive): Driving adoption of products across dealerships with an accent on B2B outbound sales and relationship management. Focus on building a strong pipeline of dealers and upselling the product stack to C-suite executives.
Location: Brighton, UK. Hybrid (flexibility to work from home 1 day per week)
Salary: £26,000 starting (OTE £48,000)

What you will do
- Manage and support a portfolio of 40 dealerships with varying levels of engagement.
- Conduct high-level phone and video calls to drive adoption of products.
- Sell the product stack and identify upsell opportunities to partners.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of dealers to engage.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt dealings with buyers and sellers.
- Take ownership of projects within a new team and build relationships at all business levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales roles.
- Track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Brighton office.
