Technical Program Specialist (IAM)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional IT programs, specifically focusing on IAM transformation and security initiatives.
• Develop and drive program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Enterprise IT, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, and Compliance to align priorities and execution.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers with clear mitigation strategies.
• Drive the rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities, including provisioning, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and provide progress reporting to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives, with IAM experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
• Ability to obtain a required state gaming license.
