Location: Must be based within 30 miles of London or Dublin. The role is currently remote, but will transition to a hybrid arrangement (2-3 days/week in office) once local offices are established.

What you will do
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Create and manage project schedules, including tracking dependencies across multiple worldwide business units.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings, track status, and ensure critical issues are identified and resolved.
- Communicate technical context to stakeholders at all levels, from developers to executives.
- Manage project communication, status reporting, and action item follow-ups.
- Travel locally and internationally several times a year for team coordination.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management for software development.
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) is required.
- Must be based within 30 miles of London or Dublin.
- Proficiency in Jira and AI tools for reporting and workflow automation.
- Experience managing large-scale platforms, complex dependencies, and software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum).
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cross-functional groups.
