What you will do

• Partner closely with AWS sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space.
• Identify and acquire new business logos to help expand a fast-growing business.
• Manage and close multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
• Analyze client pain points and demonstrate how AI solutions can optimize their business operations.
• Maintain rigorous lead follow-up, task management, and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
• Strong network and industry knowledge with AWS channel partners.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (top 10% of current company).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients.
