Location: Remote-first (continental U.S.). Occasional travel for customer meetings or company offsites; no specific time zone requirement.

Salary: $98,000–$98,001 + offers equity; $42,000–$42,001 commission

What you will do

  • Execute the expansion motion for strategic accounts by identifying and closing upgrade and consolidation opportunities across 3–6 month deal cycles.
  • Lead commercial conversations end-to-end for upgrades, plan expansions, and contract changes from identification through signed agreement.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers on jointly owned enterprise accounts, bringing commercial expertise to relationships CSMs build.
  • Prospect proactively into unmanaged and lightly managed accounts using usage data, intent signals, and outbound prospecting to create net-new pipeline.
  • Maintain opportunity tracking, pipeline forecasting, and account documentation in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven success generating and closing expansion revenue from an existing book of business (quota-carrying post-sales or account management experience, not just renewals).
  • Experience navigating enterprise deal cycles with procurement involvement, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and 3–6 month close timelines (200+ employee accounts).
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial instincts to own upgrade and contract conversations end-to-end.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Customer Success (AM–CSM relationship is central to success).
  • Some experience with cold outbound or self-sourced prospecting to build pipeline when needed.
  • Salesforce proficiency for opportunity management, forecasting, and account documentation.
