What you will do
- Exceed sales goals and quotas for service growth and cancellation reduction.
- Manage accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned Houston territory.
- Develop long-term capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for customers.
- Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software and blueprints.
- Create service contract bids and perform consistent follow-ups on all proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in Houston, TX
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints or drawings.
