What you will do

• Research and verify customer information and respond to inquiries from customers and the sales force.
• Update license information and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Process monthly distributor files to complete indirect account set-ups within assigned deadlines.
• Assign the appropriate Class of Trade to new accounts following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers at all company levels to provide account information.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required (Associate's or technical degree preferred).
• 6-8 years of related experience required.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Allentown, PA.
