What you will do

• Visit customers and accounts in the field to ensure the continuity of medical device provision for clinically appropriate cases.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to prioritize patient plans of care and advise on the best path forward for patient care.
• Manage documentation and follow-up processes with various departments to reduce risks to recurring revenue streams.
• Provide ongoing education and training to hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements and workflows.
• Drive improved claims billing yields within the assigned geography.
• Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments, including document collection and provider interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a flexible schedule with a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Must be based in or able to work daily in hospitals and clinics within the Scottsdale/Phoenix territory.
