Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; not hiring in Hawaii, California, or Washington)
Salary: $60,690 – $67,830

What you will do
- Manage the credentialing and enrollment process for providers to ensure timely patient access.
- Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations.
- Develop, document, and optimize operational processes into easy-to-understand guides.
- Collaborate with Account Delivery and Provider Success teams for payer launches.
- Support and educate other associates on new processes and payer requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare settings, specifically with health insurance plans, networks, or CVOs.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across different teams.
- Experience in creating and optimizing process documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding HI, CA, and WA).
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or large healthcare system.
- Background enrolling providers with regional or national behavioral health payers.
- Familiarity with CAQH, NPPES, CMS, and NCQA requirements.
- Experience working with a Credentials Verification Organization (CVO).
