Salary: $56,287 - $63,355 USD

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate national in-kind programs to support the wish-granting process.
- Develop and deliver training and onboarding materials for chapter staff on program processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the in-kind portfolio by analyzing chapter utilization and impact on direct expenses.
- Collaborate with Corporate Alliances to secure high-impact resources and align them with chapter needs.
- Prepare and update program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.
- Directly handle booking requests for centralized in-kind resources from corporate donors.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
- Based in the continental U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- Database application and reporting experience.
- Familiarity with federated not-for-profit organizations.
