What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate national in-kind programs to support the wish-granting process.
  • Develop and deliver training and onboarding materials for chapter staff on program processes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the in-kind portfolio by analyzing chapter utilization and impact on direct expenses.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Alliances to secure high-impact resources and align them with chapter needs.
  • Prepare and update program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets.
  • Directly handle booking requests for centralized in-kind resources from corporate donors.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
  • Based in the continental U.S.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

  • Database application and reporting experience.
  • Familiarity with federated not-for-profit organizations.
