Salary: $140,000 – $155,000 (Base), OTE $155,000 – $175,000

What you will do

• Own vendor contracts and relationships for SMS, MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets to ensure regional competitiveness.
• Negotiate bespoke pricing with vendors to maximize Gross Profit and support growth.
• Provide pricing input for Client RFPs and custom pricing requests.
• Generate cost and price-related reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on CPaaS product offerings and industry pricing trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience related to CPaaS Messaging (SMS & RCS) is required.
• Strong data analysis experience with tools such as Looker and Excel.
• Experience leveraging AI to synthesize information and automate rote tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal stakeholder management.
