Senior Director, Ad Sales (Digital Advertising): Lead hirify.global’s North American advertising business by driving revenue growth and building high-performing ad sales and account management teams with an accent on performance analytics, partner strategy, and data-informed advertising solutions. Focus on uncovering growth opportunities, closing performance gaps, and representing hirify.global externally while aligning NORAM commercial efforts with regional strategy.

Location: Cambridge, MA office (commute 3 times a week)

Salary: $195,000 - 205,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop an ad sales team to deliver shared revenue goals
  • Own and grow North American advertising revenue by setting ambitious targets and driving execution
  • Build and sustain relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and travel brands
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial partnerships teams to develop data-informed advertising solutions
  • Use performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and report results to senior leadership
  • Represent hirify.global externally at industry events and partner meetings; align ad sales with NORAM regional strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital advertising sales, including leading and developing a sales team toward revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends
  • Track record of building and growing advertiser or agency relationships (travel, media, or technology preferred)
  • Ability to use data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and communicate a clear story to partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across external partners and internal cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and cross-team collaboration
