Salary: $195,000 - 205,000

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop an ad sales team to deliver shared revenue goals
- Own and grow North American advertising revenue by setting ambitious targets and driving execution
- Build and sustain relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and travel brands
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial partnerships teams to develop data-informed advertising solutions
- Use performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, refine strategy, and report results to senior leadership
- Represent externally at industry events and partner meetings; align ad sales with NORAM regional strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising sales, including leading and developing a sales team toward revenue goals
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends
- Track record of building and growing advertiser or agency relationships (travel, media, or technology preferred)
- Ability to use data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and communicate a clear story to partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and cross-team collaboration
