TL;DR

Senior Account Director (Digital): Managing and growing senior-level client relationships for integrated, digital-first campaigns with an accent on account profitability and client satisfaction. Location: Hybrid in New York (minimum 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead digital projects and site experiences from inception to final execution, including re-designs and maintenance.
  • Provide strategic direction for clients while overseeing the flawless execution of project work.
  • Manage client financials, including internal reporting, forecasting, and driving organic growth within accounts.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary internal teams and coordinate with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure all Statements of Work (SOW) are drafted, documented, and accurately implemented.
  • Define and implement best practices at the business unit level to develop the Client Services department.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of Account Management experience in agencies with a strong focus on digital or performance-based work.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale site work and delivering annual services revenues exceeding $5MM.
  • Experience managing digital projects for clients in either B2B or B2C sectors.
  • Solid understanding of user-centric digital product design and competency in managing matrixed client relations.
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, and organizational skills for interacting with senior-level clients.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
