What you will do

• Own pitch and RFP strategy for new business pursuits to ensure differentiated positioning and alignment with client objectives.
• Partner with Growth and Sales leaders to architect winning pursuit strategies and executive-level storytelling.
• Direct cross-functional teams across media, creative, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop integrated full-funnel strategies leveraging emerging platforms, retail media, social, and CTV.
• Integrate AI-driven marketing and audience-first planning into comprehensive client solutions.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, digital advertising, or growth strategy.
• Proven experience leading strategic pitches and RFP responses for enterprise-level marketing solutions.
• Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing, retail media, social, CTV, and AI-enabled marketing.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
