Compensation: $175,000 – $205,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Own senior customer relationships and end-to-end account strategy.
- Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, expansion, and revenue targets.
- Lead pilot-to-production conversions to ensure operational scale.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across accounts.
- Manage junior resources to support account objectives.
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise consulting, or customer success leadership.
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes like renewals and revenue growth.
- Experience managing senior executive relationships at complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading pilot-to-production conversions in enterprise or industrial environments.
- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
