TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own quarterly/annual sales-qualified pipeline targets with ROI accountability.
  • Build and execute integrated performance marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, content, events, partnerships, and sales programs.
  • Lead growth experimentation program with continuous tests to improve conversion, efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
  • Manage paid acquisition on LinkedIn, Google, and emerging platforms, optimizing budgets.
  • Scale SEO/content programs for qualified inbound demand and build AI-enabled workflows.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance, attribution models, and partner with Events/Partners for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B performance or demand generation marketing with proven sales-qualified pipeline generation.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms, SEO, and content programs.
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools, AI workflows, and performance analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort in ambiguous startup environments.
  • U.S. citizenship and residence in approved U.S. hiring hubs (DC/MD/VA, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC, Denver/CO Springs CO, Dallas/FT Worth TX).
