TL;DR
Director, Demand Generation (SaaS): Building and scaling an integrated demand engine to drive pipeline growth across acquisition and retention with an accent on full-funnel optimization and multi-channel execution. Location: Remote, but must be a U.S. citizen and reside in one of the approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill (NC), Denver/Colorado Springs (CO), or Dallas/Fort Worth (TX)
Compensation: $165,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Own quarterly and annual sales-qualified pipeline targets and revenue ROI.
- Execute integrated demand strategies across digital, lifecycle, events, and ABM.
- Drive paid media strategy (LinkedIn, Google) and inbound growth via SEO/AEO.
- Optimize web strategy and conversion rates to improve funnel performance.
- Implement AI-enabled workflows for campaign execution and personalization.
- Manage agency relationships for paid media, SEO, and digital programs.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is strictly required.
- Must reside in approved hiring hubs (DC/MD/VA, NC, CO, or TX).
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of generating measurable sales-qualified pipeline.
- Expertise in full-funnel strategy, paid media, and agency management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution and revenue performance.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to defense, federal, or B2G customers.
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-led demand.
