What you will do
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, account research, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
- Qualify opportunities by leading initial discovery conversations, understanding buyer needs, assessing fit, and creating next steps for sales.
- Generate top-of-funnel momentum by consistently creating qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities.
- Support GTM processes by sharing prospect feedback, refining messaging, and helping develop outreach strategies and sales plays.
- Prioritize accounts and segments most likely to convert into qualified pipeline.
- Develop commercial judgment by learning why customers engage and recognizing early objections to improve repeatable messaging.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales development role.
- Comfort leading early customer conversations and running outbound prospecting and qualification.
- Strong ability to turn outreach into real opportunities with consistent follow-up.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn strategy beyond scripts.
- Organized and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
