What you will do

  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach, account research, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
  • Qualify opportunities by leading initial discovery conversations, understanding buyer needs, assessing fit, and creating next steps for sales.
  • Generate top-of-funnel momentum by consistently creating qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities.
  • Support GTM processes by sharing prospect feedback, refining messaging, and helping develop outreach strategies and sales plays.
  • Prioritize accounts and segments most likely to convert into qualified pipeline.
  • Develop commercial judgment by learning why customers engage and recognizing early objections to improve repeatable messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales development role.
  • Comfort leading early customer conversations and running outbound prospecting and qualification.
  • Strong ability to turn outreach into real opportunities with consistent follow-up.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn strategy beyond scripts.
  • Organized and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
